Whether you utilize our 3D Building Configurator or work directly with our expert team, we ensure your design meets your exact specifications and budget. We guarantee the best possible price for your ideal building.
Contract: The Purchase Order will be sent to your email for easy e-signature completion.
Deposit Due: A deposit is required when signing the Purchase Order.
Easy Payment: We send an invoice via email, which can be paid conveniently and securely through Square. We cover credit card fees on the Deposit payment.
To ensure your project is compliant, we provide you with the necessary technical documentation.
Engineered Drawings: You will receive a complete set of generic engineered drawings for free after your purchase order is signed and deposit paid. These are essential documents for submission to your local Planning and Development office to secure your building permit. If site specific drawings are required, our engineering team can handle this for an extra fee.
Contractor Licensing: If required on your permit application, we can provide our General Contractor License Number.
Site readiness is crucial for a smooth and quick installation. The structure must be installed on a level site.
Foundation: We can install buildings on Concrete, Asphalt, Gravel, or Dirt. If using concrete, footings should be poured according to the specifications provided in the engineered drawings.
Site Confirmation: When your site work is complete and ready for installation, submit site pictures which will allow us to schedule installation.
The installation lead time officially begins the day your approved site pictures are submitted. At this point, we start the fabrication process for your custom building package.
Lead Time: Current estimated lead times are typically 2–4 weeks.
Payment Due: 50% of the remaining balance is due at the time of scheduling. Our team will coordinate an installation date that works best for your schedule.
On the scheduled installation date, your materials will arrive, and our certified crew will begin the construction process.
Arrival: The installation crew will arrive on the scheduled date, prepared to assemble your structure.
Duration: Installation duration varies based on the building size and complexity, but a build time of 3 days is typical for standard projects.
Once the installation crew completes the build, a final walk-through is required to ensure everything meets your satisfaction.
Inspection: Please carefully inspect the finished building, checking all components and construction quality.
Final Balance: After your inspection and acceptance, the remaining balance is due upon the crew’s completion of the build.
With the final payment complete, the building is officially yours! Start utilizing your new, durable, and professionally installed steel structure.
